Kerri Levesque
Kerri joined Sylvia Group in the last quarter of 2021. With more than 20 years in the health insurance industry, she has a variety of experience. Working closely with employers, she helped connect their employees with the right care at the right time, analyzed the outcomes related to the clinical management programs the employees participated in, and ensured benefits were maximized and applied correctly. Kerri developed premium rates and projections, conducted trend analysis related to the utilization of services and levels of care, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements aimed at reducing waste and increasing capacity.
Kerri is a licensed Life, Accident, and Health Agent, a Lean Six Sigma Certified Black Belt and certified in Critical Outcomes Report Analysis (CORA). She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bentley University and an MBA from the University of Dartmouth.
